At Tropicália, we value speed, care, and sustainability — including when it comes to shipping your favorite pieces. We partner with Post AT (Austrian Post) to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping & Handling

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• All shipments are sent via Post AT with tracking information.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Times

• Austria: 2–4 business days

• European Union: 4–8 business days (check available countries at checkout)

• International (outside EU): On request — please contact us before ordering.

Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders over €200 within Austria.

• For orders below that amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
  

Tracking

• All orders include tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
