Are shipping costs included in the price for Europe?
No, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I track my shipping being in Austria?
If you’re in Austria, receiving your order is easy! As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
To follow the delivery, download the Post Österreich app and enter the code in the app.
We recommend downloading the Post AT app to track your order, receive delivery notifications, and choose a pick-up point, if needed.
How can I track my shipping being outside Austria?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
With this code, you can track your package on the website of the carrier in your country or use international tracking services.

Do you ship to other European countries besides Austria?
Yes! We ship to all European countries. Just let us know your country and ZIP code, and we’ll calculate the shipping cost for you.

Changed your mind? No problem! Just contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they’re shipped, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
After dispatch, our return policy applies.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Oops — we’re truly sorry! Please email us with your order number and a quick photo of the item you received.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Absolutely. If you receive something damaged or faulty, contact us right away.
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit, and we’ll cover any return shipping costs, too.

How do I return my product?
You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Just make sure the item is:
• Unworn and in perfect condition
• With the original tag attached
• In the original or protective packaging
Once we approve the item returnal, we’ll send you an email confirming the exchange approval along with further shipping instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a store voucher for the full amount — and it never expires. As our production is slow fashion and small-scale, we prioritize store credit for exchanges.
How do I care for my product?
Our pieces are made with love and care — and they love to be cared for too!
• Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle
• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
• Always dry in the shade
And don’t forget to check the care label inside each garment for specific tips.
Do you offer extended warranties?
Not at the moment — but we’re always here to help. If something’s not right with your piece reach out to us.
We’ll do our best to find a warm, fair solution that makes you smile again.
How can I get an item that is no longer available?
If the item you love is sold out but we still have the same fabric, we can recreate it as a custom order.
If the original fabric is no longer available, just send us a message via our contact form, and we can choose another similar or exclusive fabric together, based on your preferences.
If you like the design of the item, but want it in a different color or print, that’s possible too! Our work is artisanal and made with care — we’re always happy to offer a personalized solution for you.
