Returns
• Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The item must be:
• With the original tag attached,
• Unworn, with no odors or alterations,
• In the original packaging (or equivalent that protects the item properly).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer cash refunds.
In case of a return, we will issue a voucher in the amount paid, which can be used toward a future purchase.
If the desired item is not available at the time, the credit can be used later — no expiration date.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please check availability on our website before making a request.
• Exchange requests must also be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
• The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the original tag, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We cover the shipping for the new item on your first exchange only.
If the desired item is not available, we’ll issue a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used at any time — no expiration.
