Its streets are still unpaved, the charming center — known as the Quadrado — remains car-free, and when the sun sets, candlelight replaces electricity, letting the stars whisper in silence.
The local culture is alive and vibrant: capoeira on the beach, joyful festivals, ancestral rhythms, and the simplicity of the Church of São João Batista watching over the sea — a blend of heritage, color, and soul.
That’s why I chose Trancoso as the inspiration for Tropicália’s new collection.
Because in this magical village, you can simply be — with your bare feet, your full heart, and your spirit wide open.
This collection carries that same energy.
Each piece is handmade, with breathable fabrics and warm colors — like sunshine on your skin after a swim. Every cut, every stitch, every detail tells a story of this tropical place, where poetry rides the breeze and beauty lives in the natural.
